Guide to being an ICA Soldier
(Video Guide at bottom of Page)

First

Make sure you have completed everything on this checklist.

New Signups

You will be assigned a Column, a Captain and a Company and
given the proper access on the forums.

If this is not done for you, please contact a member of staff.

For Information on the Structure of the ICA, click here.

Columns

Your Column is essentially the Company you work in.

ICA Soldiers work for reduced wage and in return
everything produced goes back into the hands of the Soldiers.

To receive the benefits of the ICA you must work
in an ICA Column.

Each Column has a Captain.

Larkin Column
Company: Q3 Food
Captain: amal3k

Connolly Column
Company: Titanium
Captain: Stark Hater

Markievicz Column

Sands Column

Supplies

Your Column Captain will supply you with Food each day for Health lost during Work/Train.

Every active Soldier will be distributed an equal share of all weapons produced on a regular basis.

Daily Routine

Your Daily routine in ICA can be done quickly and simply.
Please make sure to do it each day.

1- Log on to ICA Website

Your first port of call every day should be the ICA Website before you even log onto eRepublik. The Website has everything you need to carry out your daily tasks in a matter of minutes. After you have done your daily clicks for ICA, you can spend as little or as much time as you like on the Website although we do encourage members to be as active as possible.

2- Check Daily Orders

3- Work and Train
Try not to miss work, it is the most important part of ICA. Even if you can only log in for one click everyday, then do. Missing work means less supplies for everyone. Try not to miss Training, everytime you Train, you get stronger meaning ICA gets stronger. Avoid Working or Training with low Health, wait until your Food has been sent or purchase some from the market if you can afford it.

4- Join our IRC Channel

Communication for any reason is easier if you use IRC

5- Answer the Weekly Roll Call
Your Captain will start a Roll Call Thread every Monday. You must sign in for these. If you answer the Roll Call and have not missed anymore than 1 days Work for that week, you will be sent a 10 IEP/CAD Weekly Bonus.

4- Apply for Recovery Food
